The AMC CAT MCQ is a computer-based examination that is accessible in both Australian and international locations. This flexibility allows international medical graduates from across the world to take the test and begin their journey toward medical practice in Australia.

The AMC CAT MCQ is delivered as a Computer Adaptive Test (CAT), which means the difficulty of the questions adjusts based on your performance:
Customised Exam
Each candidate takes a unique exam based on their responses.
Adaptive Questioning
If you answer a question correctly, the next question will be more challenging. If you answer incorrectly, the following question will be easier.
Sequential Questions
You must answer each question to proceed. There is no option to skip or return to previous questions.
Result
A defined cut score determines whether a candidate passes or fails the examination. This pass point is the same for all candidates, ensuring a fair and consistent standard.
